To enjoy your maed for mini products as long as possible, we recommend you to use the following washing instructions:
- wash with care up to 40 degrees 2. wash with similar colors
- do not dry-clean
- wash inside out
- do not bleach
Because in the processing of the natural product so many pesticides are used, maed for mini seeks as much as it is possible to handle organic cotton in its products. The processed chemicals are bad for humans, environment, soil and animal. Sustainable production has a high priority within our company. Maed for mini’s first collection is exclusively made of organic cotton. Most of our products are also GOTS-certified and hand printed by local initiatives.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL SETTINGS?
To change your personal settings, please use the ‘My account’ link located at the top of every page.
HOW CAN I PLACE ORDERS IN THE MAED FOR MINI ONLINE SHOP?
You can select items on our product page that you wish to purchase. Click the (‘add to cart’) ‘order’ button to place items in your shopping bag. When you are done shopping, please click the ‘checkout’ button to complete your order. Are you a new customer? You will be asked to enter your shipping address. After providing your shipping information click ‘continue’ to complete your order by paying with iDeal or Paypal. If you are a registered returning customer, you just checkout immediately by paying with iDeal or Paypal.
CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER STATUS?
Yes. Log in to ‘My account’ to check the status of your order. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? To find the correct size please see the ‘ Size Chart’ below. The Size Chart shows an overview of average baby sizes in ages 0 - 18 months. The measuring guide is a approximation of the sizes. It is possible the posted average size does not correspond with your babies age.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. During checkout you may enter your preferred shipping address and billing address.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Click ‘account’ at the top righthand side of the page to create an account. I
FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
At log in, choose ‘forgot password’. You will receive an email within minutes, please follow the steps in the email to create a new password.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. You can make changes to your order prior to submitting payment and completing the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You are able to cancel your order prior to completion of the payment.
DID MAED FOR MINI RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order is completed we will send you a confirmation email to the email address we have in file of you. After you received the confirmation email, your order will be processed by maed for mini. You may also log in to ‘My account’ to check the status of your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?
Secure payments at the maed for mini webshop are made with Ideal en Paypal.
HOW DOES IT WORK: IDEAL?
Once you have placed all your products in your shopping bag, please choose Ideal as your payment method. You then select your bank and you will be moved to your trusted internet banking site. Within seconds of approving the payment, the transaction will be processed on your bank account.
HOW DOES IT WORK: PAYPAL?
The maed for mini webshop offers payments made with PayPal. At checkout, you simply log in to you PayPal account and confirm the payment. Maed for mini receives your payment, however maed for mini has no access to your personal and financial information. The maed for mini webshop accepts VISA, Mastercard en American Express for Paypal account holders.
ARE MY ONLINE PAYMENTS SECURE?
Maed for mini guarantees secure online payments through MOLLIE. MOLLIE processes your payments in a safe and user-friendly payment environment. Your payment information is handled securely. MOLLIE is not responsible for the delivery of your merchandise.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be processed after payment as fast as possible and will be dispatched to our carrier PostNL within 1 - 2 working days. For average delivery times outside of the Netherlands, please take a look at www.postnl.nl. All parcels will be shipped registered (via track-and-trace) and insured. You can monitor the transport of your parcel at any time, up to the delivery at your door. You will receive your track-and-trace link by e-mail as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.
Please be advised; This track-and-trace system is not available for some of our shipping countries, see postnl.nl/trackandtrace for more details.
For NL addresses; please consider the following:
- PostNL / TNT delivers parcels at different moments than the regular mail delivery.
- We have no influence on the time of delivery.
- PostNL delivers 5 days a week within NL (not on Monday, Sunday and on Holiday's) . If you're not home, the delivery man will relist the package and make a second delivery attempt. If you are not at home during this second delivery attempt, your parcel will be transported to the nearest PostNL post office. You will receive a message from the postman in your mailbox that says when and were you can pick up the package. To do this, you have three weeks time. After those 3 weeks, your parcel will be send in return to our warehouse (Shipping charges are not reimbursed).
Within the Netherlands:</strong> Shipping costs for all orders are € 4,75 per delivery. Orders of € 100,00 and up, are free of shipping charge.
Belgium & Germany: Shipping costs for all orders are € 9,00 per delivery. Orders of € 100,00 and up, are free of shipping charge.
Europe EU : € 14,50 for all orders.
EU countries are: Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania. Orders of € 100,00 and up, are free of shipping charge.
Europe NON-EU: € 19,50 for all orders.
Countries outside the EU / non-EU are; Albania, Andora, Bosnia-Hercegovina, The Canary islands, Cyprus, Faeroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus and Switzerland.
(Rest of the) WORLD: € 25,50 for all orders.
Maed for mini ships worldwide ( some countries will not available though, due to high risk in delivery and fraude). Please send us an e-mail when your country is missing in the shipping list at the check out, and we will add it as soon as possible.
Please note; All orders to NON-EU and WORLD delivery countries, will be sold without VAT (21% NL VAT). This VAT will be deducted automatically at check out, when entering your delivery address.
Please be aware of paying import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties by the carrier PostNL or their international business partner. I recommend you to contact your local customs or carrier office to obtain a landed cost estimate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS?
It is our goal to deliver a quality product to you. If upon delivery the product does not meet your expectations you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of reception of your order. maed for mini assumes your order was processed to your satisfaction if no email is received within 5 business days of delivery. Maed for mini accepts returns only if the product packaging is undamaged, and the product is unworn and unwashed. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ON RETURNS?
If maed for mini receives your returned product undamaged (see return policy above), maed for mini will electronially deposit the full purchase price immediately into the bank account from which the funds were originally withdrawn. Maed for mini performs a product inspection if you have a complaint about a returned product. If maed for mini agrees with your complaint, your refund will be electronically deposited into your account within 10 days after maed for mini receives your return.
