SMOOTHIE BOWL - HIDDEN VEGGIE SURPRISE

Blend:
- 1 hand full of baby spinach
- half avocado
- 2 bananas
- hand full of frozen raspberries (or blueberries, or both)
- (plant based) milk
- some chia seeds
- granola
- raw cacao nibs
- maple syrup
- a spoon of almond butter
You can also use fresh fruits or some plus yoghurt. Anything is possible :)
Very simple if you have everything already in your home, the kids mostly love it (don’t show them you put spinach in there ;)) I tell them afterwords and they will be so surprised, and say ok from now on I like spinach too, but only in smoothies mom!
