  • 1 hand full of baby spinach
  • half avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • hand full of frozen raspberries (or blueberries, or both)
  • (plant based) milk
  • some chia seeds
Once blended in a bullet or any other blender will do. You can put it in a bowl and top it with whatever you have left in your home, I mostly go for things like:

  • granola
  • raw cacao nibs
  • maple syrup
  • a spoon of almond butter

You can also use fresh fruits or some plus yoghurt. Anything is possible :)

Very simple if you have everything already in your home, the kids mostly love it (don’t show them you put spinach in there ;)) I tell them afterwords and they will be so surprised, and say ok from now on I like spinach too, but only in smoothies mom!
